Logo Disclaimer
By placing an order I am giving Apple Embroidery & Graphics (AEG) authorization to reproduce my trademark/logo on the product of my choosing. I also authorize Apple Embroidery & Graphics to potentially use my logo in AEG marketing. By accepting these conditions I confirm that I have authority, right, and permission to authorize the reproduction of my company's or group's trademark/logo and to agree, on behalf of my company, to fully indemnify Apple Embroidery & Graphics and its employees from any claims arising from Apple Embroidery & Graphics reproduction of our trademark logo as finally approved.
Return Policy:
Quality control is very important to us. We'll do everything we can to make sure your order is filled correctly. If we have caused a mistake we will correct it and redo your order. Please inform us of any problems within thirty days after receiving your order. If your order was carried out as stated on the proof you approved then we cannot accept a return.
Samples:
If you are uncertain about receiving a digital proof, you may request an embroidered sew-out or embroidered item be sent to you so you can check quality, sizing and colors. If you are unsure about the quality or sizing of a garment you may purchase sample items to use to try on before placing your final order. Samples may be returned for full credit.
